What is BoomID's liability in connection with the use of its Sites or any linked websites?

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Boom ID (including its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers) excludes and disclaims liability for various losses and expenses. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, general, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of use, data, income, or profit; property damage; or third-party claims arising from or in connection with the use of the Sites or any linked websites. Our aggregate liability is also limited to the amount you paid in the six months preceding a claim.
