Does BoomID monitor user activity or report illegal conduct?

Boom ID reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of these TOS or misuse of the Sites and/or Services. Boom ID has the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any content that it finds objectionable. We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties, which may include disclosing appropriate customer data and cooperating with investigations.
