Does BoomID take responsibility for the privacy practices of 3rd -party services it shares data with?

Boom ID may disclose your Personal Information with 3rd parties who provide us with hosting and other infrastructure services and have agreements with us. Boom ID explicitly states it is not and cannot be responsible for 3rd party’s privacy policies with whom your Personal Information is shared.
